Our story
Dolphin Commerce started inside a small online toy shop. Orders came in through Messenger, were copied by hand into a notebook, booked one by one on the courier's site, and the accounts were worked out at the end of the month. Customers waited for replies, parcels went to fake orders, and nobody knew the real profit.
We built the tools that shop needed: an inbox where an AI assistant answers customers and writes the order, Steadfast booking and fraud checks before a parcel leaves, a website and shopping app, and accounts that keep themselves. Then we opened it to other shops with the same problems.
