What is delivered
The subscription (৳1,999 a month, ৳9,999 for 6 months or ৳17,999 for a year (BDT), first 2 months free) is delivered online: access to the admin at admin.dolphincommerce.com, the admin app, and the shop's website. There are no physical goods and no courier involved.
Setting up a new shop
The owner signs up at admin.dolphincommerce.com and names the shop. The account and the shopname.dolphincommerce.com website are created instantly, and a welcome email follows. We help connect the Facebook Page, Steadfast and products on request, usually within 1–2 working days.
After payment
When a payment is confirmed by PayStation, the paid period is added and the shop's access continues, or is turned back on, straight away. A receipt is sent by email. If access is not working within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we fix it or refund the payment under the refund policy.
Own domain
A shop that wants its own domain instead of the free subdomain buys it from a domain seller and points it to us. It usually goes live within a few hours of the DNS change.
