Terms & conditions

These terms are between Dolphin Commerce (sole proprietorship of Soyeb Pervez Jim, Sutia Bazar, 6 No Ward, Jatia Union, Ishwarganj, Mymensingh-2280, Bangladesh) and the shop that signs up to use it. By using Dolphin Commerce, the shop agrees to them.

Dolphin Commerce provides a Messenger inbox with an AI assistant, order and courier management, a website and app builder, analytics and accounting for online shops. Features change as we improve them.

• Sell only lawful products, and describe prices and products truthfully.
• Follow Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger and Commerce policies, and courier terms, for the Pages and accounts it connects.
• Have a lawful basis to message its customers and to give us their data to process.
• Keep its sign-in details safe and tell us about any account it believes is compromised.

The AI assistant can make mistakes. The shop chooses whether it writes drafts for staff or sends replies itself, and the shop is responsible for what is sent from its Page and for the orders it accepts.

The subscription costs ৳1,999 a month, ৳9,999 for 6 months or ৳17,999 for a year (BDT), VAT included where it applies. A new shop gets its first 2 months free, with a free shopname.dolphincommerce.com subdomain. After that each period is paid in advance from Billing in the admin, through PayStation; it does not renew automatically. A period paid early starts when the current one ends. If paid time runs out, the admin closes 3 days later until the shop pays; the website stays online and no data is deleted. All prices on this site are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Refunds follow the return & refund policy. Charges from third parties, such as courier fees, Meta ad spend, payment gateway fees or a custom domain bought elsewhere, are billed by them to the shop.

The shop owns its data. We process it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. When the shop owner asks us to remove it, we remove all of it within 7 days and do not keep a copy.

A shop can stop at any time. We may suspend a shop that breaks these terms or Meta's policies, after telling it why where we can.

We work to keep Dolphin Commerce available and correct, but provide it as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for outages and changes at Meta, couriers or other services we connect to. Our total liability is limited to what the shop paid us in the previous three months.
