Return & refund policy

Dolphin Commerce sells a software subscription: ৳1,999 a month, ৳9,999 for 6 months or ৳17,999 for a year (BDT). There is no physical product, so nothing is shipped or returned. “Return” here means cancelling the subscription. Plans do not renew automatically; each period is a separate payment the shop chooses to make.

Every new shop gets its first 2 months free, with a free shopname.dolphincommerce.com subdomain. No payment is taken during this time, and a shop that stops before it ends pays nothing.

A shop can cancel at any time by email or phone, or simply not pay again. The service stays on until the end of the period already paid for, and no further payment is taken. The shop can export its data before it leaves, and we delete it on request as described in the privacy policy.

We refund the full amount of a payment when:

• the same month was charged twice, or an amount was charged by mistake;
• a payment was taken after the shop cancelled;
• the service was unavailable for most of a paid month because of a fault on our side (we refund that month, or the share of it that was lost).

A period that has started and been used is otherwise not refunded, including the unused months of a 6-month or yearly plan. Fees paid to others, such as courier charges, Meta ad spend, payment gateway fees or a custom domain bought elsewhere, are not paid to us and are not refunded by us.

Approved refunds go back to the same card, bank account or mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) the payment came from, within 7–10 working days; the time a bank takes to show it may add a few days.
