Delete your data

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request, or call 01718007639.
2. Say which shop you dealt with, and include something we can find you by: the name on your Facebook or Instagram account, or the phone number you ordered with.
3. We reply within 7 days to confirm, and may ask one question to make sure the request is yours.

Your messages and attachments, comments, name and profile picture, and your contact and address details, within 30 days of confirming the request. Records the law requires a shop to keep, such as invoices for orders you paid for, stay with the shop without your conversation history.

If you are a shop owner who connected a Facebook Page, you can also remove Dolphin Commerce in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations. That stops new data reaching us. Email us as above to delete what we already hold.
